Testimonials

I have used these lads a fair few times now, they've proved to be honest, punctual, friendly and professional. They even clean up when they finish. Wouldn't and haven't hesitated to recommend them to everyone I meet. I’m about to have my kitchen, utility, bathroom, and hallway done by them.

Can't speak highly enough of them.

Dan really helped us out of a very sticky situation back in 2017. We had to ‘let go’ of the cowboy who was supposedly building our rear single storey extension after we discovered the extent of the shoddiness of his work. We came back from holiday to discover, care of the building inspector and surveyor, that the back of our house was in very real danger of collapse. We had to get all the steels reinforced and non-existent posts installed ASAP to prevent this happening.

We were left with an empty shell with a roof that also needed replacing with velux windows that were not even secured, just dropped into the apertures. Bare block walls, no floor, no electrics, no kitchen, plumbing or downstairs loo. Nothing.

Dan came to our rescue. He built the new downstairs loo room, plastered all the walls and vaulted ceiling of the extension, insulated and concreted the floor, re plastered the existing dining room ceiling and put up new coving, put in a new window in the driveway, corrected the incorrect installation of the patio doors and re rendered the outside walls of the extension and patio. He also recommended a plumber that works closely with him (who was also brilliant) who later did all the plumbing work needed for the new downstairs loo and kitchen. We had a fantastic roofer too who discovered only two nails holding down all the incorrect tiles that had to be replaced. Absolutely shocking. Dan and his nephew Kieran worked tirelessly to put us right. They were punctual every day, cheerful in their work and VERY hardworking. Their plastering is second to none, excellent in fact. Completely trustworthy and we would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We are now about to host our first Christmas lunch in our new extension (was originally supposed to be last year) and we can confidently sit down knowing we will not imminently be surrounded by rubble!

Many many thanks to Dan and Kieran.

P.s The more cups of tea you make the harder they work!
